Job Description:
Position purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
Perform full condo project reviews (Conventional, FHA, etc.)
Analyze financials, insurance, and governing documents Run FNMA CPM
and utilize FHLMC tools as needed Communicate findings and
requirements to internal stakeholders Manage conditions, track
approvals, and maintain project data Stay current on evolving
agency guidelines Qualifications Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent writing and editing skills Strong
communication skills, both written and oral Ability to effectively
and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when
working with branches/divisions Ability to multi-task Proficient
with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint, etc.) Previous mortgage experience Ability to work and
to deliver content under tight deadlines Ability to work
independently Extraordinary attention to detail Knowledge of FNMA,
FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines Preferences Previous underwriting or
condo review experience Experience with Encompass, AllRegs, or
similar tools is a plus Company Conformance Statement In the

and employee privacy. Work Requirements Each employee must be able
to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer,
maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office
setting. To maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and
other protected) information, an essential function of this job may
require physical attendance in a defined office space. (i.e. branch
or corporate office location). Employment with PRMI requires
compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair
lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. The ability
to work extended hours may be required. Nothing in this job
