This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, follow construction schedules, and install ductwork, ventilation systems, and HVAC units according to building codes and company standards. You'll work closely with builders, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate installations. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to projects from the ground up and be part of a company known for quality, professionalism, and integrity. What You Bring: Experience with new construction installs Familiarity with construction schedules and blueprint reading Ability to work independently and meet deadlines EPA Certification and RMGA preferred, or a willingness to get 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not necessary
