What We’re Looking For: Willing to travel and be away from home up to 2 weeks per month. 18 years old , with a high school diploma or GED. Able to pass a medical exam & drug test. A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report). Physically fit – Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders. Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors. Construction or electrical experience is a HUGE plus! ? What You’ll Be Doing: Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects. Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations. Handling and installing lightning protection cables. Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations. Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
