Job Description Job Description Facilities Maintenance Director Location: Salt Lake City, UT Schedule: M–F, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay: $48–$50/hr (based on experience) Type: Contract Lead a large?scale facilities portfolio while shaping capital improvements and keeping operations running smoothly across 35 properties. This is a high?impact role for someone who thrives in leadership, budgeting, and vendor management. Job Description You will oversee maintenance operations for 35 properties, manage capital improvement projects, and ensure vendor performance and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee maintenance operations across 35 properties Lead capital improvement programs and building projects Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets Ensure timely repairs, safety compliance, and property readiness Support operational planning and portfolio?wide maintenance efficiency Required Skills Strong facilities or property maintenance leadership experience Ability to manage capital budgets and vendor relationships Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Strong communication, organization, and decision?making skills Experience with public or affordable housing Familiarity with maintenance management software Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPW BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
