The VP of Engineering will lead the engineering team, driving the technology vision and day-to-day operations for this merchant acquiring company. • 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in SaaS, Fintech, or relevant industries.
• Proven success in leading high-performing engineering teams, ideally in a startup environment.
• Experience scaling engineering teams and managing technical debt.
• Deep experience with technologies like Python/Django, Vue, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Experience managing high-scalability, availability, and security-focused environments.
• Commitment to driving code quality and ensuring consistent, maintainable solutions.
• Payments experience (Fintech, banking also considered).
