Lead HVAC Refrigeration Installer Responsibilities : Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems. Design and install sheet metal or flex duct systems to ensure proper airflow and ventilation. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment. Effectively leads others. Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications. Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times. Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor Lead HVAC Refrigeration Installer Qualifications: 3 years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigeration EPA and RMGA certification required Must be professional and have the ability to teach and train others Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies. Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
