seeking an Industrial Engineer (Level 2) / Principal Industrial
Engineer (Level 3) . This position will be located at our Space
sector in Clearfield, UT. The qualified candidate will become part
of Northrop Grumman’s Manufacturing & Operations team. Roles and
Responsibilities Observe, understand and model the Least Waste Way
with regards to full-spectrum capacity analysis Positively impact
the business by working with other engineering and non-engineering
disciplines to eliminate waste and improve processes Communicate
effectively at all levels of the organization Work collaboratively
across disciplines to develop solutions with an emphasis on
timeliness and execution Design and implement processes to improve
efficiency and flow throughout the factory and back office
Facilitate continuous improvement events to develop, define and
improve processes in the forming and finishing of solid rocket
motors Production performance metrics and analysis Special studies
and projects Create staffing models based on work content

Employee Discounts This position’s standard work schedule is a
9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day
Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Basic
Qualifications: Level 2 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited
institution in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of
experience or 0 years with Masters degree. Must be able to obtain a
U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a
pre-requisite) The ability to obtain Special Access Program within
a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company, to meet
its business needs Previous experience in a manufacturing
environment for any kind of industry Level 3 Bachelor’s degree from
an accredited institution in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
with 5 years of experience or 3 years with Masters degree. Must be
able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S.
citizenship is a pre-requisite) The ability to obtain Special
Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by
the company, to meet its business needs Previous experience in a
manufacturing environment for any kind of industry Primary Level
Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00 Secondary Level Salary
Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00 The above salary range represents a
general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of
factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The application period
