You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you'll be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant is delivering top meats.To qualify for this best-brand-you-ever-worked-for job, you:
  • Have a minimum of 1+ year in foodservice management; a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Have experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
  • Are ready and willing to conduct all interviewing, hiring, and terminations
