FT OT; 2 PT OT; 3 PRN OT; 1 PRN COTA; 1 FT ST; 1 PRN ST Shift for
the Traveler M-F 8-4:30 rotating weekends Type of staff: o Day
Shift Physical Therapist o Night Shift - Patient Ratios 4-5/1 Type
of equipment Bioness; FES; Biodex; EMR Meditech On Call
Requirements None Weekend Requirements: 1-2 weekends a month

role. Good organizational and Communication skills working with the
many disciplines Inpatient experience in an IRF setting. Preferred
or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered
first. Neuro Certification List typical procedures performed on
unit(s): Physical therapy evaluations with varying diagnoses 75-90
minutes physical therapy treatment plans; 25-30% of our patients
are stroke/neuro Team player with all
disciplines-PT/OT/ST/SW/RN/MD/CRS/PPSC Developing CARE scoring with
all patients for quality/reimbursement purposes Best personality

motivating; REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Utah Physical Therapy License;
BLS Floating Area(s): None Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Grey
