Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a hands-on IT
Generalist who enjoys building, deploying, and supporting
technology end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone with solid
desktop deployment experience, entry-to-mid server exposure, and
strong hardware fundamentals who wants stability, growth, and
variety. What you’ll do: Build PCs and workstations from scratch
(hardware assembly, imaging, OS installs) Deploy and configure new
desktops and laptops for end users Support and maintain Windows
Server environments (user management, patching, basic
troubleshooting) Assist with Active Directory (user accounts, group
policies, permissions) Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and
lifecycle replacements Troubleshoot desktop, printer, and basic
network connectivity issues Document builds, deployments, and fixes
What we’re looking for: 2–5 years of hands-on IT support or
generalist experience Proven experience building and deploying
computers Working knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, OS, and basic networking
issues Organized, reliable, and able to work independently Nice to
have (not required): Exposure to virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
Experience with endpoint management or imaging tools Basic
networking knowledge (switches, cabling, TCP/IP)
