Job Details Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely responses and high service levels Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate with production teams to meet delivery timelines Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts in industries such as aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and logistics teams to support customer-specific packaging projects Identify opportunities for account growth through proactive communication and service excellence Qualifications: 2–5 years of customer service, account management, or sales support experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace Knowledge of corrugated, foam, or custom packaging materials is a plus Interested in hearing more?
