Description Responsibilities: Gain and maintain strong
understanding of dental laboratory products, digital dentistry
workflows, scanning systems, implants, and prosthetic solutions Use
in person visits, presentations, demos, and follow-up to grow
revenue and market share Leverage selling skills, marketing
campaigns, and technical insight to generate opportunities Meet and
exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory
targets. Track sales activities, progress, and pipeline through CRM
tools Work as a liaison between dental practices and the
laboratory, ensuring clear communication and seamless service
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and provide
insights to leadership Collaborate closely with internal lab team
to support customer needs and resolve issues All other duties as
assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Degree in sales,
marketing business is preferred A minimum of 5 years of business to
business outside sales experience, preferably within the dental,
medical device, or healthcare services field Ability to demonstrate
consultative sales skills Familiarity with digital workflows,
intraoral scanners, implants, or cosmetic restorative dentistry
Strong budget development, oversight and sales management skills
Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new
applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
Demonstrate proficiency in leads tracking and conversion metrics
Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory;
Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned
territory, accommodating overnight stays as needed Must possess a
valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check Additional
Information Expected base salary range of $50,000 to 65,000 plus
uncapped eligibility for commissions. Salary is based on level of
experience and relevant skills. *All new hires will be required to
